This tool is a detailed walk-through of the elements of project eligibility for OFN’s Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) program. To be eligible for funding, projects must meet all 8 eligibility criteria:

1. Must be a priority project
2. Uses commercial technologies
3. Reduces or avoids greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions OR produces or stores renewable energy
4. Reduces or avoids emissions other of air pollutant(s)
5. Located in a Low-Income and Disadvantaged Community
6. Delivers additional benefits
7. Would not have otherwise been financed
8. Mobilizes private capital
