On October 21, 2024, the Treasury Department’s Office of Tribal and Native Affairs hosted a webinar on the IRA Low-Income Bonus Credit Program and Elective Pay for Tribal Nations. As explained in the webinar, applications for Program Year 2024 Low-Income Bonus Credit Program projects located on Indian Lands (Category 2) are being accepted on a rolling basis until November 12, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.
