The purpose of this memo is to provide an overview of ways in which states can leverage the EPA Greenhouse Reduction Fund’s new climate finance tools – specifically the $20 billion funding awards expected imminently through the GGRF’s National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF) and Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) competitions.
