BlueGreen Alliance created a User Guide to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), and an accompanying interactive microsite to serve as a resource and handbook to implementation of the BIL. The guide walks readers through a range of federal funding opportunities related to BlueGreen Alliance priorities, focusing on how to ensure provisions in the BIL are implemented in ways that maximize benefits for climate and health, job quality, and equity.
