On November 15, 2021, President Biden signed into law the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. The Law was led and drafted by a bipartisan group of lawmakers. The total Act authorizes $1 trillion in spending including $550 billion in new appropriations. This includes historic infrastructure investments from the Federal Government in clean energy infrastructure and climate resilience.
