The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host an introductory webinar for state, territory, local, and Tribal governments to provide an overview of the Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) program. The CPRG program will provide significant resources to state, territory, local, and tribal governments to develop ambitious climate action and air pollution reduction plans and to implement measures from those plans. CPRG is a two-stage program – with $250 million in planning grants coming soon, followed by $4.6 billion of implementation grants. Applications are anticipated to open in March 2023.
