The State Funding Readiness Project (SFRP) provides free support exclusive to state governments implementing funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) in ways which reduce emissions and ensure climate benefits. Through SFRP, Hua Nani Partners is available to provide assistance to states to navigate federal funding flows, inform budget cycles, successfully apply for funding, clarify program guidance, understand equity considerations, and serve as a link between resources and technical assistance.
