The Local Leader Assessment Tool serves as a guide that elected leaders can use to assess a project and/or plan. This resource is designed to facilitate productive meetings with constituents and stakeholders that result in meaningful and tangible action items.  These questions were developed using federal Justice 40 Implementation Guidance to help ensure diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice is embedded throughout each component of a local government’s project and/or plan.
