This Addendum-Storage provides project-specific allocations for the Water Storage, Groundwater Storage, and
Conveyance Projects program, and supplements the summary of the program found on page 8 of the January 14,
2022 Initial Spend Plan.
This addendum also provides an update regarding another program allocation, the Aging Infrastructure
program.
