In 2022, DOI allocated $18,525,500 of the funds identified for invasive species under Sec. 40804(b)6 to support more than 38 projects throughout the United States. During the remaining BIL authorization period, DOI will allocate funds for projects that support one or more of seven restoration and resilience goals that DOI established to leverage conservation impact across the Ecosystem Restoration Program under Sec. 40804.
